Job Description
We are searching for an HR Officer who will manage procedures, create policies, and recruit, support, and grow personnel.
In addition to being in charge of administrative duties, you will help improve the workplace environment at the organization.
We would love to meet you if you have a strong interest in human resources and are very productive. We anticipate that you are familiar with a range of HR duties.

The objective is to offer managers and staff outstanding help and support.
Responsibilities
Encourage the creation and execution of HR systems and initiatives.
Counsel clients regarding policies and procedures.
Take an active role in hiring by creating job descriptions, placing advertisements, and overseeing the hiring procedure.
Make and carry out efficient onboarding plans
support the procedures of performance management
Assist in handling grievance and disciplinary matters

Requirements
